    If you do take two pills in one day, after missing a pill, you can take them a few hours apart it can upset your stomach if taken together. Most mini pills should be taken within three hours of the same time each day.

    I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe for about 8 months now, I had totally forgotten to take my birth control pill from Day now.
